We, the developer of EchoPath, built this app as a free, offline 3D circuit puzzle game. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information about you. Ever.

EchoPath does not collect any of the following:

Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
Your location, IP address, or device identifiers
Advertising IDs or tracking identifiers of any kind
Camera, microphone, or sensor data
Contacts, photos, or files from your device
Usage analytics, crash reports sent to third parties, or telemetry
Any financial or payment information
Any data from social media accounts

2. What the App Stores Locally

EchoPath saves a small amount of game progress data exclusively on your own device using the browser's localStorage mechanism:

Your total accumulated score
The number of puzzle levels you have completed

This data:

Never leaves your device
Is not accessible to us or any third party
Can be cleared at any time via Android Settings → Apps → EchoPath → Clear Data
Is used solely to display your progress within the game

4. App Permissions

EchoPath requests only the permissions necessary to function:

Audio / Sound — To play in-game sound effects and background music. No audio is ever recorded.
Haptic Feedback (Vibration) — To provide optional tactile feedback when rotating a puzzle node. No data is collected from this.

EchoPath does NOT request permission to access the internet, camera, microphone, contacts, location, or device storage.

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs

EchoPath does not integrate any third-party services, including:

No advertising networks (no ads of any kind)
No analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
No crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
No social login or social sharing SDKs
No in-app purchase or payment processors
No cloud save or backend servers

6. Children's Privacy

EchoPath does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The game is suitable for all ages. We comply fully with:

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Google Play's Families Policy

Since no data is collected or transmitted, no special parental consent is required to use this app.

7. Data Security

Because EchoPath does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no data at risk of a breach on our end. The only data stored (your local game score) resides entirely within your device's own secure app sandbox, protected by Android's standard application isolation.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

All locally stored game data is retained on your device until you:

Uninstall the EchoPath application, or
Clear app data via Android Settings → Apps → EchoPath → Clear Data

We hold no copies of your data and therefore cannot delete it on your behalf — but you have full control to delete it yourself at any time.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect or process any personal data, formal data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) under GDPR or CCPA do not apply in a practical sense. You retain full control over the locally stored game data on your device as described in Section 8.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Any material changes will be noted in the Google Play Store update description for the version in which the change takes effect.
